We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Areas
MŪSQ currently delivers throughout South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping option.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, MŪSQ may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website and marketing channels.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and retain the packaging where practical.
Photographs of the parcel and contents may be requested to assist with courier claims and product replacement.
